Come out to support local artists and writers and the Friends of the Upper Marlboro Library at the annual Park Your Arts Sidewalk Arts and Music Festival. That's between the courthouse and the county administration building on Main Street, Sunday, September 7, from 10AM to 6PM. See you there!
